FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS!
EPX will STEAL your money and not say anything to you and will not disclose when it is being released. They have crappy support, you will not be able to reach them if you tried. They have constant payment failures then freeze your account and money, I have over $10,000 that they are not releasing and ignoring my queries. this is pure theft and they should be ashamed of themselves.
It sounds like EPX is having financial issues and decided to take customers money to make up for their losses! If you're thinking of processing payments with them, DO NOT DO IT. I have contacted my attorney to start collection procedures
This is criminal and EPX should be investigated. Crooks.
