Allegedly free but isn't.
I was able to convert one kindle book that was in the new ZIP format to an epub, but only got access to 20% of the book in a text file. Apparently, you need a license to get the actual full book conversion. So, it works, but only if you pay for it.

great program, now i can read whatever i want!

I put in a support ticket, and then sent a a facebook comment, and then emailed them (no chat feature anymore), that's why it's probably turned off. I explained that the computer I was using had burned up, so their software says you have to log back into the account, to deactivate it. There is no way to do that. So I have 10 days invested in getting absolutely no response from them, through 3 communication methods. It would have been ok, if they said "tough sh*t", but absolutely no response ... just crickets. I purchased the program in January. They have a good product, but god help you if you have a problem.

I've been trying to read an epub that I bought. Unfortunately, it was impossible to read it in my kindle due to DRM. Epubor is helping with that.

I love this software! And I love the customer support even more! After upgrading recently I encountered a problem I just couldn't resolve myself. The customer support team went above and beyond trying multiple possible solutions over many days before the issue was rectified. They showed incredible patience with me and I am extremely happy with the outcome.

Testing the software with the trial version was interesting. You have to follow the instructions carefully - they're not complicated, but you might see the occasional stall or freeze during the process.

My test DRM (ACSM) removals looked perfect, but they were missing a TOC and chapter links. It could be that the full functionality of the ebook only presents itself when the entire book is converted. A little more transparency on this within the instructions would have been helpful.

Another tool which I couldn't try out with the trial copy is the ability to change out the covers for your own. Particularly useful when your ebook supplier arbitrarily changes the covers of books you already own. There's nothing that says "you don't really own any of the ebooks you buy, you're just paying stupid amounts to rent them" than have someone come into your home, rip all the covers off your books and stick on replacements.

This tool makes every penny of the price of the software worth it.

Bear in mind that I couldn't see a way of batch processing the books to download, you can only do that one at a time, but the DRM removal can be batch run.

Finally a way
I am so used to the kindle world that changing to a different ereader wasnt easy. It was made worse to see that all the books i paid for are basically sealed in it. Epubor is finally a way to get them back, to read them again.

I like the easy drag and drop method option to convert ebooks

Great software, the only one that really helps to convert ebook formats and store it on different devices! Not so cheap but necessary.

Epubor is amazing app to get the stories with very easy way to download it as ePub or pdf , I like it so much and I recommend it for every reader.

When this software was given away on GOTD, I jumped on it to see if it was worth the hype they gave it. Sure enough it was and I was happy that I could save my Kindle books to the PC (Personal) and have a licensed software to do so.

Since I redid my computer, I no longer have the GOTD files or the registeration code so I can't use the software anymore but I still think that this software is great once you figure out how to operate it and get it to talk to the Kindle app on your computer.

Having another license would be great, but alas with everything going up except income, I cannot afford a license.

With the latest Amazon drm changes (and Amazon removing the download option), I've given up on Kindle ebooks (although many titles can still be decrypted).
I hope for Amazon's sake you crack their latest stuff- I've had to switch to only buying ebooks on other platforms, and then removing the drm to put it on my Kindle!

Poor. Deceptively encourages you to download the software, without telling you that the free trial is extremely limited. Only 3 exports. What a waste of time!
