Excellent communication after an issue with my payment (problem with credit card company rather than EPTQ)
Quickly resolved and product delivered next day

After a bit of a nightmare with my first order (royal mails fault) as they failed to deliver in time, I called up and spoke to laura who quickly resolved the issue and dispatched me out a new order via a different delivery service. Thank you so much.

I've sent numerous emails over the last few days and No1 can be bothered to answer but they are quick enough to take your money. I've developed small bumps where the product has been injected and a bruise. Wouldn't recommend at all. Plus it does not do anything

I ordered 2 products from this great company and for whatever reason they didn't get to me not eptq,s fault at all, just whom was delivering them I emailed eptq late at night and I literally had a response back within 5 mins and it wasn't an automated response I believe the girls name was Holly and couldn't of been more helpful considering the time, following morning I got in touch again and it was looked into and I had various communications with them extremely nice helpful and apologetic and first thing the next day I had a delivery so pleased thankyou for making my experience great and products are amazing too, ❤️

The products are brilliant and I cant personally fault them. Gives great results and my clients are happy. However!!!!!! The delivery service they offer is the worst I have ever experienced. I paid for Saturday delivery and my order did not come the until the following Wednesday. Further more it was left on my door step where it was stolen. I specifically requested if not be left on my door step i have lost a vast amount of money and had to let down several clients because of this error. And now am in the process of working out if I require legal assistant from loss of earnings. Product amazing. Service shocking!
