Initially the link for a price reduction didn’t work and was sent a link via email. The website said if a similar product was found cheaper to report it to them for a refund of the price difference. However I didn’t see any way to do this. I emailed the representative that had sent me the link to purchase products. I got no response and no refund. I have tried the product to find that truly there are fewer bubbles. Epodex quickly responded to the refund issue and have issued the price match refund. This makes Epodex truly a great experience - great products, easy to use, great customer service.

The quality of their epoxy paint is truly remarkable. I used the Tile 2K epoxy on my walls. The application was smooth, no smell, and the paint dried to a beautiful, durable finish. It's been several weeks, and there are no signs of chipping or fading. For the floors I mixed it up and used their metallic floor paint and added a bit of my wall color to help bring it all together.
As someone who's never used epoxy before, I appreciated how straightforward the application process was. The company provided clear, step-by-step instructions, making it easy for me to achieve a professional-looking finish. The paint had excellent coverage, and I was able to complete the project with minimal hassle.

Not once, but twice it took over six days for my order to reach me. The second time they even forgot to ship it to me. I called customer service to ask for a discount and they very nicely politely said “order from us again, and we will appease you. are you kidding me? The product is great. Customer service is polite. they use FedEx, but don’t give FedEx the product until several days later. also, they had my correct email, but would not send me an email for tracking. Not once but twice they would not let me track my order. good on apologies, but they don’t really care.

Any questions…..they were answered on the first phone call! Before we did our Epodex flooring (Havana Bronze), we watched any and all videos available on the Epodex website and on YouTube. I have called a few times with 3 very different questions. Each time, the phone was answered by a specialist that answered my questions with confidence and (on one instance) looked something up on the spot to verify the answer.
We followed the instructions and suggestions of Epodex and were so pleased with the results!! NO FUMES was one of the best perks, other than the finished results! We would highly recommend using the Epodex Flooring Epoxy Kit! We used it in a basement room that is housing cat litter boxes and a dog bath station—sealing the floor was a must and we believe there is no better option out there for us! Not to mention how gorgeous it looks!

Our floors turned out beautiful. It worried the hell out of me for the first three hours, trying to put everything together before we started mixing, but in the end the results were more than what I expected.

The repoxy dried fast, stayed where I wanted and came out as expecred.

I was nervous about painting my tile because I had never used resin before. The paint went on smoothly and after the second coat the grout pen made it all look great. So happy I decided to paint the tile rather than replace it.

We ordered the exact amount per square foot, but it covered only half of the square footage. Then we ordered more, but by the time we got it the first half started to peel and we realized it’s a bad product. We decided to do venitian instead . The company didn’t refund anything although the product was bad. Then we got the second shipment we didn’t use any of the products and wanted to return them and get a refund it was 700$ cost. When returning the products the shipping cost was half of the price of the products because of weight.so we paid 360$ And they didn’t give a full refund although all products were returned unused in their original condition. They only gave 320$ refund and claimed it’s their “restocking fee” . So basically it cost us more to return in than to throw it away . It’s a scam. Shame on them. Be careful, stay away from this company.

I followed all instructions when preparing the Epodex paint, but the mixture dries so quickly that I couldn't apply it for a second application. It should be prepared in two portions to prevent it from drying too quickly, but the pigment mixture must be mixed all at once, which doesn't allow for partial mixing and thus prevent the mixture from being nearly dry at the end of the process. I recommend that manufacturers package the contents in two equal portions to allow for two mixtures and prevent a single mixture from drying too quickly, thus allowing for a safe second application.

This paint really works on tile floors. You do have to seal it when you’re done and you do have to use two coats but believe me it’s a wonderful product. My floor came out amazing!

So many reviews raved about this product, and while.we low the colors, it has been a roller coaster laying it. It was done on a wood subfloor. My contractor is Hispanic, so we had to search for Spanish directions and it didn't translate on the site very well. He is experienced in laying epoxy, but this was his first time using Epodex. The product says its self-leveling, so we didn't realize, until after he put down the base, that we were supposed to put a leveler on the floor. So I had to order extra base and pay several hundred dollars for leveler. Then we found out you cannot use spiked shoe covers, so he had to do it in his shoes! Then there were bubbles. The room has its own minisplit, and it was 69° in the room, so I'm not sure why it bubbled. We kept the bedroom door closed during the entire drying time & for 5 days afterward. But it still bubbled! So he had to sand the bubbles down and luckily we still hav some left over, unused, product to use to cover the sanded areas. He is currently finishing it up & I guess we'll have to wait another week for the product to completely dry. We've been doing a complete renovation on this master bedroom & I think I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. We're praying it comes out beautifully!

We did prime the surface after leveling it. And when I called customer service so the contractor could speak with someone, I was told there was no one there who could speak Spanish! We did switch the language on the website to Spanish, but the contractor said it wasn't all translating correctly. His daughter tried to help translate as well, but he said it was very difficult to understand.
