Hello everyone,
I placed an order with them six weeks ago and still haven’t received the strap. I’ve contacted their support more than five times by email and WhatsApp, and they’ve never responded. No tracking information was ever provided.
This is clearly a scam operation. The website looks cheap — I should have known better. Stay away at all costs.
I had to file a chargeback two weeks ago and luckily got my money back today. It took about two hours to sort out with my card provider, but it was worth it.
