The product is not remotely as…

The product is not remotely as portrayed. There is no continuous blast of cooling air. There is only a tepid stream which cools nothing. This is deceptive advertising. I bought the product based on what you presented but that is a lie.

I received the product in good condition …

I received the product in good condition. I followed the instructions for set-up.
1. the electric cord was very short.
2. When I found a socket to run the unit. I let it run for 4 hours. Never did it cool, other than a slight breeze.
The product is made very cheap. Remote is light as a feather and it's in celsius no conversion to farhrenheit. I ran it as low as 16 degrees celsius. That's 60 degrees farhrenheit. It does not cool. I would not promote this product.

The epicooler is not what it states in…

The epicooler is not what it states in the advertisement. The fan is so weak I can hold a piece of paper in front and it barely moves. Badly made product. Does not cool the smallest room
