Used this website to sell my goods, haven't had any issues personally

Account banned because i was just "suspicious" after recording 4 videos to prove that i'm not , my account will stay "ban" after years of services and many good reviews ....

Epicnpc is a few of the legit trustworthy middleman services with selling the middleman are reliable and honest and never had issues with the website for the 3 years I’ve been using it

The forum it self is really bad and not trustworthy they are tyrants that will ban you or get rid of you if you don't comply to their demands like lowering prices or whatever don't fall for their antics.
Now the sellers don't have anything to do with it for the most part but some of them are involved with the forum moderation (which is terrible).
They will ban you and say that you are this person or that person or part of a scam ring or some very paranoid stuff for no reason whatsoever and give you the same responses every time you appeal the ban.
I am sick and tired i have created a new account to try and talk to the mods and sort this out once every 4 months and they just automatically banned me which leads me to think they hardware ban people.
I'm done with them and i wanted to check them out on trustpilot guess what i found ? A ton of fake reviews and amidst them the real ones all complain of the same stuff which is a myriad of scammers and unjustified bans.
The only reason that i can think of for why i was banned is some of the admins of the website was interested in my One Piece Bounty Rush account and wanted to buy it from me and probably didn't like the pricing for my whale account and asked if i can lower the price and since i refused he banned me.
This might sound stretched but their whole manners and ways of dealing with people are like that.
Be wary of this website and i guarantee you most of these reviews are fake if you keep looking you will see that most people have had a similar experience to mine and i'm glad to see that i'm not alone.

Edit : Don't believe a word they are saying in their reply and if you do you will experience the EpicNpc touch and don't say you haven't been warned :)

Of course, you still should always be careful to buy / sell to trusted users. (Good reviews, ID verified, etc..)

Every Seller I encountered is Highly trusted. Even the ones I didn't use the MM on and went straight through PP!

Paid for ads and got instantly banned.
One month passed and they haven't refunded me. Be careful. They'll let you make an account, list your offers but require upgrades and ads to actually sell. The moment you pay, you get banned. They'll claim you're a different person or they just won't reply at all.

Check their responses here. "Previously known scammer", "already banned before". Not a single proof, just straight up scammers. Deal with caution with this guys.

Edit: As said before, their only response is "known scammer". It seems that the known scammers are them. Contact Apple Pay? About what? You haven't refunded it yet.

Unfair website. I got ban without reason. I appealed it and epicnpc support wrote me that they are thinking that I am other person. If you have proof that I am other person, please show proof here. Or give me my unfair banned account back.

Their system and security are pretty good - No issue. However, their midman system is the issue.

I bought an account using TG Trade. Their middleman changed the account's email address to my EpicNPC username. The GM can determine that under TG Trade, they should change the email address to one similar to the original, not my EpicNPC username. However, the seller doesn't want to refund, and the middleman doesn't want to take responsibility. I lost the account, the middleman fee, and the money.

The admin had banned the seller but that did not help me to get back anything.

Sold an account, no problem as i was the owner and there won't be a bad thing going on from now for the buyer. On the other hand i bought an account for myself and for 1 week now it is still in descusion so i am -100$ and the account that i bought

My account was banned after just having signed up and submitting ID verification. Before this happened, someone messaged me telling me they had what I was looking for. They messaged me again via Discord, and against my better judgement, should have known to identify this as a scam. I have a ticket in to dispute the ban, as I've never been a member of this site before. But honestly, do I even want to be, if my first experience is scammers coming at me?

Terrible support. My threads are constantly getting removed with no communication, warnings, or anything. Staff ignores messages and support tickets for 5 days so far. My account also got suspended today for 3 days, without posting or doing anything. Guess what, same story - no communication, emails, warnings, anything. This site is a joke

I've been punished 3 times over 5 months for ONE thing I did (that got misunderstood / distorted / taken out of context).
1 ban of 7 days, 1 ban of 30 days (that got issued 3 months later, just after I wrote a trustpilot review), and now an account termination after I've requested my data in the context of data access from RGPD.
They claim it's about a bribing thing that never happened and they decided to hide the thread from which they say I said that... I've been fighting against how they tolerate scammers on their forum for 2 years, but they would rather call it "trolling" and ban me for being a potential scammer...
You account and your data are not safe on EpicNPC. Admins are being abusive, and are impossible to reason.

Sold my WF account, using the MM is always preferred for safety transaction. MM was quick response and did excellent job. Thanks EpicNPC for the platform!
