I found E-pal on youtube review and search some more on social media like tiktok, and followed you guys everywhere

So far I realy like it, I'm New, and I'm waiting for approval... I do appreciate the hard work on ppl who start this kind of projects, I wish you the best and I hope you can grow in the future.

The app, website, features, interface, colors, so cool, and nice detail on adding a Pet! Love that so much that I named myself Massi Meow Play.

I've been on this site since the very beginning, both as an e-pal and client. Despite mentioned criticisms, the company has without a doubt come a long way since Day 1. After skimming through these reviews, the majority of the negative ones seem to be from epals and clients who violated the ToS. I just wanted to make my own here to clarify that while there is much to be worked on, the site itself offers amazing freelance opportunities for individuals. I have no doubt that there will continue to be improvements, as they learn from their mistakes and continue to improve their site.

Telling people to leave positive views to increase their score, the website is appalling for males. Unless you're someone who's boosting a girls score and orders you wont have much of a good time and you are not supported as much. Many members having their orders boosted. Staff notice this and allow it depending on who is the Epal being boosted. Pictures of all kinds being sold and popular girls dislike you if you do not order them. They even like to talk badly behind eachothers back.

the e-pal support and service is very inconsistent but the people make the site a lot better !

This is a legitimate site to build connections and game with other people. I receive orders while active however if you are not available all day everyday they lower your visability score which is not ideal.
I also got perverts asking for disgusting things daily and when you report them you need proof later. The issue with this is they block you and delete the comments.
Its great if you can tolerate the grossness and have a lot of spare time.
Payouts are legitimate.

Learned about epal a year ago, thought it was a scam, turned out it wasn't and I am still here. They have to work on a lot of stuff, but they are doing great for now. You can say all you want, but epal is really solid place.

tbh epal changed my life, such cool people, of course earning money is cool, but the people i met are the coolest thing ever hehe

If you know how to market yourself, e pal is the right option for you :)

Support did answer every time fast in around 12-24h

epal is one of, if the not the best site for finding teammates. its welcoming, loving, and overall and very wonderful community. i recommend epal to everyone!

Signed up 22th August, few days later I applied to become an E-pal; I am still awaiting a review to be approved, it has been weeks. Although I see new people, but there seems to be a biased with males too.

I do not recommend this site.

I don’t know where to start... I’ve been on this site for over 2 years and I’ve spent over a couple grand. It’s useful to a degree for a LFG but interesting and active people are dime a dozen. The Staff on this website never acknowledges the want and needs from the community and it’s a detrimental effect can be seen in a lowering visit base and users. The community is plagued with toxicity and E-girls trying to one up each other. The presence of Faking numbers and reviews is astonishing at its finest. For instant some of the most ordered User review are fake if you go and inspect their history you can find 8000 orders done in 1 day which are faked. They say in Chinese culture to “Show Face” but it doesn't get rid of underlying problems such as Inflated Numbers and Toxic communities are and even Egotistical Staff... Charleton or rigged giveaways!! This is only a small list of problems

we needed +1 in league, so we went on epal to find a girl to fill the group. as it turn out, the girl was a much better player than our own ADC and carried us so hard in three games straight. 10/10 would order again

You do not make friends in this site.
If you want to become an E-pal. It says two business days to review you, but it has taken a week or more for me to get reviewed.

Glad I am going to foget this site, because of all the other bad reviews that are recent, which have enlightened me how bad the site is.

Literally used by credit card scammers.

Had my debit card fraudulently used here. Contacted their support team and they were less than helpful. I told them that I contacted my financial institution regarding the fraudulent charge (among several other merchants) and to see if they can help with refunding the fraudulent charge.

Their response? "If you believe your card has been fraudulently charged please contact your financial institution."

Honestly, I'd never heard about this site previously, and doing some searching I'm wondering if they are purposefully turning a blind eye to fraud on their platform and hoping that they can get away with it.

Rest assured I will pursue every legal avenue if needed to reverse the fraudulent charges.

edit: I see the response from epal.gg - first, thank you for the reply. But the customer service from this company was not helpful at all. I was only able to get refunded by my bank after going through them and my local police station.

They now have you waiting WEEKS till you can withdraw, and you can't withdraw even after because it's "down for maintenance." There's no withdraw button on the app either. The sites littered with bots and pervs and it's difficult to navigate through settings.

rediculous service. avoid them at all costs. you will get nothing similar to the vibe they've shown in the paid videos on YT.
Lots of epal "online" but they are not answering. It is a quest just to start a session. And when I gave up about them I asked for my buffs to be refunded and guess what? There are no buff (buff – their currency that you are buying for real money) refunds. + support answered me after the double push and 5 days of waiting. They screwed up on every single step of the flow.

The website is an interesting concept and I have met a few cool people on it, but the majority of people I have met on the site have either asked me to do uncomfortable things or are toxic and if you do report them it is not taken seriously.
