Expensive Service With Poor Performance

1. Most servers and protocols are unavailable for connection, simply won't connect, and the rest are extremely slow. 2. Terrible customer support, which doesn't know how to communicate with customers or resolve issues. 3. High prices for their services. 4. I can't recommend this service at all.

Most protocols work reliably in Russia (WireGuard/AmneziaWG, TrustTunnel, Hysteria2, etc.). Speed depends on your ISP and the chosen protocol — our support helps pick the best option for your network.

Support responds based on the wording of each request and the information provided. In your case, access was blocked after an attempt to pass off a plan granted due to a technical error as a paid service, without any proof of payment.

Our prices are among the lowest on the market considering the number of protocols and technologies included in a single subscription.

We are always open to a constructive dialogue with an honest approach.

Excellent VPN service with responsive support and quick adaptation to network changes, support for multiple protocols, and detailed setup instructions for devices and applications. User-friendly Telegram bot. Competitive and transparent pricing.

The problems in Russia in recent days were not caused by any technical actions on our part, but by blockages and the introduction of whitelists. We have already fixed the problem.

Support is bad

Advantages:
Fast speed
A lot of locations
Good price

Disadvantages:
Support is very rude and unhelpful.

I reported problems and was told that it's on my side in rude manner. In a few hours, they acknowledged that they have problems, without making any excuses.

Because of bad support i won't recommend this service.

Some people never read what the services write in the official channels. That's why they go to tech support and ask questions. We really had problems, which was reported to everyone. The person was asked to check and fix the problem for himself, since his problem was not from our side. The person was asked to return all the funds, which he initially refused to wait for. We decided to notify all users once again so that they do not burden our technical support with questions. To which this amazing man thought to answer that we admitted our guilt and problems. Have a nice day)
