Used nail envy as instructed for 2 months. Result - breaking, brittle, flaking, stained nails - need I say more.

Placed an order still have not received it no response to emails phone number doesn’t connect WhatsApp no response yet money been taken from account

Placed order on 21 December. Unable to get a response from email or phone. Appalling company.

Beware!!! I believe this is a scam company - set up to rip people off!
I would like to give no stars, but this isn’t a option. I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of service. I placed an order for a manicure table shield back in May and despite sending numerous emails to chase up my order and ask for update I still haven’t received it. The payment has been taken out for my account though!

Do not use eventually I got a mobile number for the so called owner, eventually I got the table after telling him I'd take him to court, falsely advertised said it had lights and filters came with non.. he said he would send me a filter and a chair to then receive a rude phone call from a member of staff threatening me.. telling me the table belongs to them and they were coming to my house to collect it then they will refund me when they return to London... number 1 he didn't own the table cause I paid £600 and 2 why on earth would I trust hed refund me when it took a month to find this man..
Hes now being reported to trading standards as well as my credit card company are looking into it... maybe I shoild also call rogue traders.

Have not had order delivered despite premium delivery price.
No response to emails, phone line cuts off.
Whole thing looks like a scam....do not use!!!!!!!!!

I would like to give this website ZERO stars if i could. I placed an order and they acknowledged it but then they never delivered goods and i have been trying to contact them by email and phone since FEB. but no one replies and the phone number now doesn’t ring. AWFUL!!!!!!!! Don’t bother!!!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I placed an order 7 days ago paid £5 delivery and not even a dispatch email. I did receive confirmation of the order by email and Messenger and have replied on both and called them but no answer. Awful will never order from these again and have now got the task of trying to get my money back! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

The website described next day delivery and I placed an order on this basis, paying a higher price and a £5 delivery fee. My order has not yet been dispatched after seven days. I have emailed them and received no reply. I have telephoned the number on the website and it doesn't work. I wish I had read these reviews first. Do not place an order with this company under any circumstances. I just hope I receive my money back.

Do not use envy nail supply have not received items and tried several ways to contact company but no reply!! Avoid this company.

This website advertises same day dispatch and 48 hour delivery - it’s been 10 days since I placed my order and I haven’t received so much as a shipping notification! Also no reply to my email sent two days ago asking for an update. Exceptionally bad customer service - avoid like the plague!!

I ordered a nail desk 7 days ago and have had no update on delivery.. I NEED this desk asap to work!!! I emailed, no reply.. I tried calling the number on the only email I have off them which was a confirmation email.. the number doesn't exist!!!!

Pleased with how qwick delivery was, but never got my whole order and still waiting, sent them an email start away to say haven't received all my order but haven't had a reply.

I didn't receive everything I ordered. I tried to contact with the shop few times but no one answered.

I found the web site really good . Had nearly everything I was looking for . And got my item early. Many thanks.
