The team at Enviorpack were amazing. I buy on a regular basis but needed something in a hurry. They went above and beyond to help me and nothing was to much trouble. Good telephone support and further re-assurance post order. The item arrived very quick and in great condition.

I wish I could give a zero star but unfortunately.
I used been a Booker customer me and friends and family was buying a lot from Booker so since I found this company Enviro pack and I been starting buying it from them recommended to all my Friend family and local Business to my shop
So me myself ordering pallets Products not a Single box always ordering a full pallet which 35 box in one pallet I have placed my on the 27/08/2025 so didn’t get tracking number only you order will come in 3 days so today on Monday on the 01/09/2025 missed my delivery which was not my fault because they didn’t give me I need date or tracking number so I could keep an eye an my order people have a lot things to do in their live like dropping off they kids to school or nursery some more important things in their life to do,
So miss my delivery today and I called them what’s going on they told me you have to pay £43 so we can re- deliver it then I said what if I don’t pay the £43 delivery charge the customer service on the phone then there will be more cost on top,
I’m on my way back to Booker now my plan was to buy more and more items in different size but they let me down just to re send my order back I was happy to to pay £20 deliverie charge but they say no it’s £43 very poor customer service
That I was on the phone with.

As stated in our terms and conditions (https://www.enviropack.org.uk/terms-and-conditions), specifically section 7.13, Enviropack reserves the right to apply a redelivery charge for missed deliveries. Enviropack also covers the cost of the first delivery attempt for all orders over £99 (for mainland UK addresses & excluding VAT). When our driver arrived, we made multiple attempts to reach you via mobile and WhatsApp, with no reply. Our records confirm these contact attempts were made while the driver was outside your premises.
As we use third-party hauliers, Enviropack is charged a redelivery fee by them, which is why it must be applied to missed deliveries. The redelivery charge was £32.45 plus £6.49 VAT, totalling £38.98, which included a 25% discount as a gesture of goodwill, not £43 as mentioned in your review.
Our sales team’s advice and actions are fully aligned with our terms and conditions. Neither did you make us aware that you were willing to pay the £20 charge as stated in your review. Rather you were informed of the cost breakdown. We always strive to treat our customers with the utmost respect and professionalism. We were disappointed by the accusatory tone of your WhatsApp messages when our employee provided her name.
While we are grateful for your previous business and recommendations, we must uphold our policies to ensure fairness to all customers. Our team remains committed to offering the best possible service, and we hope this clarifies the situation for you.

I have bought from Enviropack for many years and always found the products great, the service brilliant and always someone there to speak to should i have any questions. I will keep buying from them as my order is generally here next day and they are 100% reliable.
