The work is readily available and the interface of website is very easy to use the chat feature is one of it's kind and the support team is also very active, Entrywave is really good for freelancers and people who are recruiting for job overall an awesome experience with Entrywave

The works are simple and easy. They also provide bonus and it suprises me all the time.

Always find a worker fast when I need data entry or customer service agents. Website is easy to use.

Ive been using freelancers from entrywaves platform for reaching out to customers and suppliers which saves me a lot of time having to make calls. Ive had to get a voip service also to enable the freelancers to do this but its very cost effective and its from a Uk number which is even better. Ive also had some help with answering emails and entering data into excel spreadsheets. I will continue using the service as its been a great asset to my business.

I've been using Entrywave for my web store now for over 2 months now and have been working with the same couple of freelancers by rehiring them to process incoming orders, help with answering emails from customers (after-sales support), data entry on the weekends and contacting our suppliers. To be able to do this at such a competitive rate has been incredible. The platform itself is quite basic but it has all the features you would expect to be able to talk to freelancers such as a chat feature.

When paying for the work through the platform I have heard from the freelancers that it can sometimes take a few days for Entrywave to process the payment but they do always get paid and this takes a lot of the burden off of us as they are the intermediary and handle compliance which is very efficient for us.

I would definitely recommend using the platform if your business could benefit from having regular tasks outsourced to freelancers.

I've been hiring freelancers on an adhoc basis on EntryWave and its been extremely helpful for my business, I can get a freelancer for various tasks whenever I've needed one and jobs get picked up by freelancers quite fast

Has been great for us, we list regular tasks on Entrywave for our ecommerce shop like order processing and email support which takes the load off and saves us hours of work throughout the week. No issues and very happy with the service.

The freelancers I have worked with on EntryWave have been very good. Really easy to post a job and it gets picked up very fast and the tasks are done to a high standard

Ryan from EntryWave was really helpful, posting a job is easy and they are normally claimed by a freelancer within 20 minutes or so. The freelancers I have hired on the site have been very helpful and completed the tasks without issue.

Entrywave has been a huge help for my business. I run an online shop and being able to outsource both customer service tasks and some admin duties when they are most needed is very ideal, this has allowed me to focus more on logistics and spending more time producing my products as well as getting them posted out. I like that I can rehire the same freelancers. I would like to see an option where I can rehire the same team as I currently use 3 different freelancers

I've had a few freelancers from Entry Wave handle some customer service emails and help with entering data and I havent had any issues at all, payment is made on time to freelancers once work is completed.

I'll be happy to use this service again and again when I need extra hands for my business

One of the most unique freelance experiences I've had. Jamie was very helpful and patient, and even though it was early days for the business, everything went pretty smoothly - right from claiming and working on jobs to getting paid.
I'm looking forward to working for them again for some extra dough.
