My passport experience started off badly. I used the online renewal system, which got stuck in a submit / reject / resubmit / re-reject loop. To my amazement, when I submitted an online complaint i... See more

Communicated with me throughout the entire process. Helped me with a photo issue I had and mailed me paperwork and envelope so I could mail my documents to the appropriate office.

Had some IT issues regarding my e-mail host but other than that it was fast and thoughful.
The application process for the renewal of my U.S. visa was quite long and sometimes tedious. However, the support I received from the U.S. Embassy, and particularly from Emma, was amazing! Emma was always very focused and professional, and truly eased what would otherwise have been a real burden. I’m truly thankful. There was, however, just one “hiccup” that I would like to mention. When I was called to be interviewed I was told that I indicated, in filling the DS 160 form, that my last visit to the U.S. was in 1981. I couldn’t understand how I could have made such an error. When I returned home and reviewed the form, I realized that I was asked if I had ever visited the U.S. and when. I was not asked when was my last visit, so I gave the date of my first visit. I am of the view that the question, and not I, was at fault. For the sake of other applicants, I believe it would be helpful if this question could be rephrased. I wish to reiterate, nevertheless, that the application process for me was quite pleasant, mainly because of Emma’s help. I’m truly grateful!
I would not recommend this service.
I was extremely disappointed to learn that the $148 fee per child did not include any government passport fees.
I paid $148 for each of my two daughters, a total of $296, believing I was paying toward obtaining their passports. Only after completing the process did I learn that I would still need to pay the U.S. Department of State passport fees and the passport acceptance facility fees separately.
In my case, the money I paid to this company was the money I had specifically set aside for my children’s passports. Had I understood that this was only a form-preparation service, I would have completed the DS-11 applications directly through a passport acceptance facility, where applicants can also receive assistance.
While the company prepared the paperwork and provided instructions, I do not believe that filling out forms and generating documents justifies a cost of $148 per child ($296 total).
What made this even more frustrating was learning that I would still need to pay approximately $135 per child in additional government and acceptance fees, bringing the total cost for my two children to approximately:
* Service fees: $296
* Government and acceptance fees: $270
* Total: $566
This was far more than I expected when I made the purchase.
When I realized the misunderstanding and requested a refund, my request was denied.
If you are considering this service, please read every detail carefully and make sure you fully understand that the fee paid to this company is completely separate from the actual government passport fees.
I felt misled about what my payment actually covered, and had I understood the true cost of the process, I would have completed the application myself and saved hundreds of dollars.
For families on a budget, this distinction is extremely important. I wish I had known it before spending money that I needed for my children’s passport applications.
I did not realize this is not a government affiliated website. Trying to get refund on my payment. Big runaround on the email and no phone number to call. Buyer beware!
I paid $328 for passport renewal assistance. Six weeks after submitting my documents, the company informed me that my DS-82 application had still not been transmitted to the Department of State. I requested a refund, which was denied. I then filed a credit card dispute. This review reflects my personal experience.
The process of handling the application from start to end was made very simple. Prompt mails and fast reply back. Felt very good. Thank you.

The passport was delivered on time as promised! And the Passport office even sent me follow up email to make sure I got my passport!
During the Biden Administration time, it took 5 to 8 weeks to get the passport. They were woke and lazy people who could deliver a pizza at a given address.
Keep up the good work!

I was notified on the status throughout the process.

This company and its employees bent over backwards to help me manage replacing my passport. Unfortunately, the post offices to which they sent me were completely clueless as to what their responsibilities were and were unwilling to help manage my passport application. This company provided an apology and refunding my money, which was highly appreciated.

I have written several emails and left messages regarding the estimated time of arrival of my passport package. It seems like I am getting automated responses. I need to know how to proceed. If, in fact, I have been scammed I would like to receive a refund and send an application for a passport on my own. It is a shame that a company scams older people who are living on social security. The customer service of this company is almost nonexistent.
I submitted my application for renewal of my U.S. passport, due to expire in October and well ahead of a planned trip to Europe in August. After submitting my application, I received confirmation that I had done everything correctly and they would take it forward. After one month, I received an email apologizing for the delay. Two months later in June, I asked for a status update and received another apologetic email stating that no action was required on my part. Another month and the same reply which I strongly suspect was bot-written. I then requested a call with a human, which the website offers. I received no call. I then instructed Entry to confirm that they had not submitted my application to the State Department and if so, to terminate my application. They confirmed that my application had not been submitted to State. Furthermore, they stated that since my payment had been processed by their internal system, they could not offer me a refund, despite their website stating that they offer a guaranteed 100% refund. I'm left wondering if there are any real people at this company and I'm suspicious of any positive reviews of this company.
You will waste your money. This does not get you a passport and they just type in the forms for you and send them to you. You then have to pay the rest to the government. Major fail for me and I am usually very wise to ridiculousness like this.
Everything went well and quickly.
Thank you.
