Service is good and very responsive. Although there is some little problem on the interview booking, the staff react quickly and solve the problem. Overall, the whole application process is full of supporting.

It was a surprisingly easy and smooth process, even though at the beginning I wasn’t even sure it would work out! But with the help and assistance I got, I managed to get my visa in a few months without any stress and problem. I am infinitely grateful for every advice provided during every step of the way. While the people are incredibly responsive, my passport has been lost in the process. They keep telling me that is is resolved but it's been 8 weeks and we just keep going in circles. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company after giving them many changes to find my passport.

I submitted the application over 2 months ago and all that has happened is that I get emails saying that I am in the “submission queue.” My application hasn’t even been submitted yet! They are not saying that I am missing anything and of course they got their money but would have been better just going directly to the government. This hasn’t been helpful at all. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS1

She gave me instructions to follow easily and I got my visa for 10 years in time to travel to my planned vacation in the USA.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Entry LLC (formerly GovAssist) is a complete scam disguised as an official service. I paid them for visa support, including what was supposed to be the U.S. government fee. For over 20 days, they went completely silent, ignoring multiple emails and WhatsApp messages, while their useless AI bot kept lying about a "2-3 day response window."Because of their internal "backlogs" and extreme delays, I completely missed my travel window for September

To make matters worse, they created an official government profile using my personal passport details but locked me out by setting a fake security question that is not mine, effectively holding my government identity hostage!

When I caught them and demanded a full refund, their Resolution Management Team sent me a fabricated fee breakdown with completely fraudulent accounting. They claimed a 40% refund of a $348 fee equals $51.60. They use automated, deceptive math tricks hoping desperate applicants won't notice.

They only issued my 100% full refund after I explicitly caught them in their math fraud and threatened an immediate bank chargeback. Avoid them at all costs—they will steal your money, delay your life, and lock you out of your own official government accounts. Go directly through the official government portal for free!

IIt's a total scam. You pay extra and then have to go through the whole process and pay the $130 renewal fee. You write to them and they always give the same response. It's definitely IA; the service is terrible.

It is a scam. 100% Scam. They charge to get visa appointments and its not true.

They target people with low digital skills, ending in their website and they pose as a legitimate VISA application website, promise fast appointments. Of course this after you pay them 95 USD. After that radio silence.

If there was a minus star that is what o would give them. They do nothing for the money, they make you believe you are processing an application for a passport then you receive an email telling you, you need to send everything you already did to the state department, misleading possible sca!

I paid $328 for an expedited renewal of my passport on april 28. As of July 22, I have not received my new passport, and when I checked with US Government Passport office, they had no record of an application for renewal of my passport. This company may be legit, but I would not recommend them. I filed a dispute with my credit card company for not freceiving services paid for and was given my money back. BEWARE!! I would definitely not recommend.

Entry LLC Zendesk Support - Emma Brooks is so efficient in her coordination with clients. She was so patient in giving me information for all my queries because I was warned about scammers. She convinced me and I trust her.

If i could rate with 0 stars I would. I have reported them also to the BBB. II paid for expedited which said 7-10 days to get the forms and it has been over a month. I asked for a refund as I have still not received and they said they can give refund because process has "started". I reach out to their email and keep getting the same response back apologizing and saying everything is verified just working with their team to mail out. It has been over 2 weeks and still they responded with the exact same thing. Total scam

It has been over 2 months since I submitted by information. I have continued to email back and forth with them about why my information has not been submitted to passport people. I keep getting that my information is still being "reviewed" and once they are done they will submit. Further they have tried to sale me something to "protect" my information during this process so I am concerned why they think this is important and my documents are not secure with their company. Everything I have done for them I could have just submitted myself and already gotten my passport renewed.
