I ordered a phone case I saw on TikTok. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received it. This company only exists to make videos and rip people off
I am ordering quite a lot of wines from Spain for my own cellar, mainly from Bodeboca. But this time my wife and I liked a lot a white white we tried when having lunch in one of our favourite restaurants in Sevilla and it wasn't available among people that I am used to order from. OK, I put the wine I was looking for into search and it came-up with Enterwine as where one can get it from. All fine, I placed and paid for 6 bottles, received a confirmation stating that I paid for the wine and for its delivery to my house: Delivery - home delivery service - my order confirmation was confirming me black on white. Next day I received a mail confirming my order is dispatched and everything looked just fine and as it always looks like when I am ordering wine from my usual sources. Except of Friday past week I got an e-mail from delivery company saying I am supposed to go to some "collection point" and pick my wine up. Of course, right after I sent a mail to Enterwine telling them there is some confusion and I am suggested to pick-up my wine myself somewhere, while they clearly charged me and confirmed delivery will be to my door, so could they look into it? NOBODY FROM ENTERWINE EVEN BOTHERED TO ANSWER ME. And after I did waste my time and drove to "collection point" to get my order, they sent me a very satisfactory mail informing me "my order was delivered and if I have some questions...". I don't have any questions to this enterprise any longer and it was my very first and very last order with them. So, if anyone cared to read this to the end, please, don't disregard my advice: order your wine elsewhere, there are plenty of professionals in this business, which Enterwine are definitely not.
I'm always a bit nervous ordering wine from a foreign country but Enterwine kept me fully informed by email at each stage of fulfilling my order from placement to delivery.
