I’m extremely satisfied with my new product.

LOVE this iphone case!!! Stays closed, has 3 pockets for cards, and this is the BEST part: there is a REGULAR case for the phone that adheres by magnet to the outer case. Then when I want to carry around the iphone in the regular case, no prob. Just pull up and the magnet releases. It allows me to carry it with me at home anytime, and when I'm out I have the features of the credit card holder and money pocket. GREAT CASE(S)!!!!!

Wrong item was sent! Had to return after waiting several days for delivery.

This past May I purched a phone case that I was not happy with so I emailed and got approved for a return request. I sent it back to the address I received via email and the package was delivered on the 24th of May. Now 6 weeks later I have yet to receive my refund of $59.95. I will not be using this site again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

I purchased an iPhone 12 mini. I have a hard time charging it with the MagSafe charge. Finding the right position has been difficult and I quit using the charger. This was extremely disappointing.

This is a nice case. The lol and feel are fantastic. The case does what I need it to do.
I do wish the id holder was longer and my whole is fit behind the plastic sleeve. Sometimes I feel the magnet could be a little stronger, overall tho this case works well.

This is a great iPhone carrier. It allows me to carry ID and credit cards snd phone all in one place for convenience. A sturdier strap would’ve helpful as well.

I requested 3 day shipping to protect my new phone asap. It took closer to 14 days. They may have shipped it using a 3 day service, but they didn’t have product themselves to ship for over a week, so express service was worthless. The product was fine and their customer service and communication was actually pretty good. I would order again except without paying for faster delivery.

I ordered the wrong sized case and was anticipating a horribly inconvenient return process. It was the easiest I’ve ever encountered. I ordered the right one and am very pleased with the quality.

The buttons on the case are way too touchy. I’m constantly taking screenshots and activating Siri. It’s quite annoying. I’m thinking about going with a different brand of folio iPhone case company that I have used in the past.

Was very pleased with my iPhone case. Excellent quality and I received it in excellent time.

Will not charge on Qi through the case
I purchased Enphold folio-wallet specifically for the design. Delivery took a while, but I was happy with it - until I tried to use my Qi charger with the case on. It will not work. I repositioned it on my RAVPower 7.5 watt charger in every possible way with no success. I have used the RAV for 2 years with a leather Mous folio-wallet in the same design as the Enphold with no problems. When I bought the iPhone 12 mini I went to Mous, but they stopped making the design I used to have, so I looked for a similar folio-wallet and found Enphold. I emailed customer service and received a polite email. I was told I could exchange it and they would have to check if it was defective. I was sent a link for an exchange. However, regardless of the option, I have to pay for shipping. Also their reasons for return does not include “defective”, only damaged, changed mind, wrong one, etc. I would be willing to give Enphold another shot on an exchange if I thought another folio case would work, but now that I see charging with Qi is an issue for others I’m not sure. Regardless, I should not be charged shipping for a defective case. If Qi has known issues, then it would hel if the website was transparent and listed a watts minimum or brands that do/don’t work. My second email asking about not paying for shipping has gone unanswered. I think I’ll have to have a leather shop modify a Mous case. I know they work with Qi. It’s too bad. I like the style and build of the Enphold, but no Qi is a deal breaker.

You have mailed a case that is the wrong size and i have to wait for 30 days to get my money back

Service first class and quality of of my iPhone 12 case

This design is poor. I have broken three glass covers in two weeks since there is no protection for the bottom of the phone.

This is a very nice high quality wallet for my iPhone. The magnetic snap closure is great. It is the perfect size for a DL/CC without being large and I don't have to carry a purse! It is a very nice product and design. The only complaint, 4* is the leather is not really "sealed" so hand cream, sweat, darkens the color. I may try to purchase a leather protectant as I am athletic. I usually buy brown, but got lavender - it is really gorgeous!
