Order incomplete, but solved by support
Got my order but it was incomplete. 1kg spool of filament was missing. Tried to contact enotepad sales and support. Still no anwser after a week.
edit: german enotepad sales
edit 2: after back and forth of emails the discrepancy was found and promptly solved. Good filament.

Filament Dryer
The Filament Dryer is great and worth the money. Does exactly what it says in the description and is very easy to use.
Very nice and friendly contact to customer service. Extremely fast shipping. Tracking info even via SMS. So you are always up to date where your package is. Lots of actions.

There was a 2 week delay between the…
There was a 2 week delay between the order being placed and the non sender shipping agent dispatching the goods.
The PETG filament is either wet or just really bad. It bubbles and pops as it extrudes and cannot even produce a temperature tower with any semblance of a reasonable print.
Both rolls have had the same results. I don’t have a filament drier to see if that will resolve so will try to dry them in the oven, if they melt it will not be a loss as they will be no less useful as a puddle of goo than they are at the time of receival.

We ship a lot of filaments and they are laying in different warehous EU/US/UK/AU/RU in the world, we can't make it sure same humidity every countries because it depends on local weather, but we try to put them on dry and keep them sales/delivery to customers asap.
Uncontrollable factors those we can't keep perfect everytime,but if ok we recommend you could try any Dryer or SUNLU dryer in our shop, our team are willing to help you to fix this issues and more discounted products as your case replenishment!

Very easy to navigate site
Very easy to navigate site. The prices are really good. I've always been one to stick to the more well known selling platforms like Amazon or eBay. So felt a little like a risk ordering from the site initially, but the support you get from their people on Facebook is so great it thought I'd try it. Long story short, I will be using this site as my go-to for purchasing 3d printing filament from here on in. The whole transaction was seem less, there was a stock out for one item and o was notified straight away, let them know what to swap it to and the order was dispatched within hours. Very happy
