14 days and still waiting for digital delivery

I ordered a kit from Enordare 14 days ago, and I'm still waiting for the digital product to be sent to me, I imagine it's supposed to all be automated and therefore when it works, it's great, but for me it didn't so I had to reach out to support, they take days to reply, almost a week, and each time they say they have resolved the issue, another problem arises. It was a cheap product so I can't complain about price, but considering it's been 14 days and I'm yet to see what I actually purchased, I can't comment on it's quality.
