I ordered a spare part for my coffee machine, but it was never delivered. I contacted the company to request a refund, yet they never replied to any of my messages. At this point, I’ve paid for a product I never received and received zero customer support. I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.

I ordered a Philips product over two months ago for €70.90 plus €14 shipping. I was kept waiting, led to believe the part was on backorder. From the moment I requested a refund, Ennebiservice stopped responding to my emails, blocked read receipts, and became unreachable. I researched other customers' reviews and realized I would never receive the Philips part and would never see my €84.90 again. I should have checked the reviews before placing the order.
Having gave up hope of a refund or even a response I was suprised at reply and I have got my refund!. I stand by my review as part I ordered was showing as in stock which it clearly was not, comms poor despite string of emails that I agreed to wait until end of 1st week in January before seeking a refund, radio silence until their reply to this.

no goods received no response to refund request, there was frequent emails about having to order from manufacturer desite it being in stock when i bought it, total scam merchants and i have a string of lead on emails as proof. their track record on here is startling pity i didn't read before a i paid these pirates. BUYERS BEWARE
