I just finished solving “Arcanium” (limited edition box 31 of 50!) from Enigma Lab’s Kickstarter campaign. I have built my own wooden puzzle boxes and I am excited to say that the craftsmanship, clever puzzlecraft, and the high quality of this puzzle are so satisfying! Once the puzzler discovers the initial steps, the rest falls in line. The woodworking is exact and the pieces fit perfectly. The solve took me about 90 minutes. There was even potential for a sizeable hidden prize inside if trying to reuse and reset this puzzle for another puzzler. 10/10, loved solving this puzzle box, well done! Can’t wait to share it with a friend!

I loved this puzzle! It was ingenious. The sequences were so fun and all the mechanisms were so clever. Especially the final part, wow! The thought process to create that!!! My only criticism is the very first move I had to ‘cheat’ because the piece needed a bit more effort than I thought. But after that all was smooth sailing.

Beautiful. Everything works smoothly, a little easy for a puzzle box veteran, but that doesn’t matter. A work of art I’m happy to display.
EDIT: Above review is for Templarion. I just received Arcanium, the second box by Lucas, and my opinion stands: this is just as beautiful an experience as his first box. The quality of the materials, smoothness of movement, many points of discovery and deduction, these puzzle boxes are truly top-notch.

A rather large box made from plywood nicely painted in several shades and carefully assembled. Those ornaments are beautiful and mysterious, but they are also clues to solving the box, and some of the ornaments are even locking mechanisms unlocking parts of the box and clues to solve. These mechanisms are carefully designed and work well, and they all have visual clues, no blind guessing required. This box took me through a fascinating journey of discoveries and multiple different rooms until I could finally open the inner compartment. A great adventure!

I purchased 'Templarion' from Enigma Labs, via their kickstarter campaign. It's a fabulous-looking puzzle, and has so very many marvelous mechanisms, and creative ways to convey information for the next part of the solving experience. It's very well made, and the price is appropriate, given the size of the item and the complexity therein!
