Scammy “digital game” that got revoked after a year (lost €30 + 40 hours)

I bought New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe on January 21st, 2024 from Enify for around €30. For almost a year, everything worked fine — I genuinely thought I owned the game.

Now, when I tried to play again (I literally had one world left to finish after ~40 hours), my Nintendo Switch suddenly says I can’t access the game anymore and tells me I must get physically close to the owner’s Switch/account to verify the “virtual game card”.

That’s the problem:

the Nintendo account linked to this “game” is NOT mine,

I have no idea who the account owner is,

so it’s impossible for me to do this verification.

So basically: the game has been remotely revoked and I’m left with nothing — no game, no access, and a wasted save/progress. I didn’t pay €30 to “rent” a game that can disappear anytime.

This is extremely misleading and totally unacceptable. If your product depends on someone else’s Nintendo account and can lock you out randomly, it’s not a legit purchase.
Avoid Enify.

fraud

It turns out the account has been blocked by Nintendo due to fraudulent activities. I have contacted the seller multiple times, but they refuse to assist me further.

Poor Transparency

A download code is promoted, but in reality access to an account was sold. The problem is that you don't own the account, you just get login credentials.
It is not possible to change email adress or password
No transparency during the purchasing process.
