Electricity supply cut without warning leaving many people in difficulty

Eni provides the electricity to the apartment block I live in. Without any warning they cut the supply leaving people stranded in their homes because the lifts weren't working, garage doors that couldn't close thus leaving property and cars exposed and no lighting in the common areas. They then sent us a new (more expensive) contract which were were forced to agree to. Criminal behaviour

Scammers/ Arnaquers

Sales man at my door. Sold me a contract for "cheaper" energy. No paper contract , all done online on his tablet. Took my IBAN and electronic signature. The next day I receive emails with pdf contracts for insurance policies and two expensive magazine instructions , with my signature super imposed on them as well as my bank details. The customer service number went to a "comparison site" ,who refused to cancel my contract or stop the other fraudulent contracts. She advised that my electricity would be cut off unless I changed to Total Energy. So much stress dealing with this mess. Lie after lie. Visits to bank . Multiple phone calls trying to retract contracts and stay with my present supplier. Also now find out Eni charge HUGELY inflated prices even though they give you a monthly tarrif. Total frauds 😠😠😠. Stay clear of them

Very abusive call from an eni agent

Someone who was pretending that she was an energy controller called me yesterday, from this number +33970182438. It turned out that she was lying. She has got all the personal information about us. She was very nice at the beginning, but when I refused to take her advice to change the energy supplier from engie to eni, she started to be very abusive. She demanded my RIB information in a very threateningly manner and tone. I insisted to stay with engie. She was very rude at the end of conversation. She sent me an email stating that I demanded to change my energy supplier from engie to eni, which is absolutely neither correct nor true. The email was an initial contract.
Zero star!!!
