I discovered that by buying parfum, I was automatically subscribed to getting the same amount on monthly basis. I was not told, I just saw an email saying the next one will be delivered when I have not even used the 3 I bought. I sent an email and the lady responded immediately and effected the cancellation. Thank you for not putting me through trouble.
I will just want to advice that things like parfum is not what people buy on regular basis - monthly basis. It should be made so clear for everyone to know that once you buy, you are automatically subscribed to regular supply. I bought three bottles for the first time, I will not finish that in one month. When it’s clear, people can make a well informed decision about what they want to do. Thank you.

The service is good very satisfying with it. Haven’t received my perfume yet, but I know it’s gonna smell good too.

I had received a fake one of my Enhanced Allure, I showed with pictures communicated with Representative and they was on point with responding immediately and stated they will re-send me for what I ordered.

So far so good, i will let you know what i think when I ether get my parcel or my money back, thank you for your help so far. Best Regards

I wore this while working from home and kept catching little bits of it during the day. It made me feel a little more dressed up even though I was still in comfy clothes.

I enjoyed my delivery, my perfume

I made contact to cancel my subscription. Support Team did everything possible to keep my subscription. But, after a few requests to honor my request, they did so and I consider their understanding in accepting my request to cancel subscription.

Their YouTube ad page where you click add to cart states you can return the perfume with a 90 days guarantee, which is false. When you go to their website, it clearly states that returns for opened perfume is not allowed. Damaged products need to be reported within 48 hours and needs authorization from the company to return it.

Another misleading part of this ad is when you purchase the perfume, you’re actually signing up for a subscription to receive different perfumes on a monthly basis.

I'm a satisfied customer for it being the first time ordering. Keeping for the future. Thank you!

Their products are of a high quality at a reasonable price. I had the pleasure of dealing with an employee and the customer service I received was way beyond what I expected. Truly a pleasure doing business with enhancedscents.

Ordered but did not want subscription

I have no problem with the product, I love thee fragrance, but the product is coming too often, I have enough to last for along time, your product is not the only one that I use, so it is going to last me for a while.

My customer service worker was Steven. May I say, if you want speedy fast, honest, on top of his game and definitely stand out from many; if not ALL of my other experiences with any customer service... he is your guy! Granted it was all my mistake (ordered one too many bottles), I said to myself like I have dealt with other companies before, "probably will take a while to get back to me and by then everything will be processed and they'll say they can't do anything at that point". Not Steven! He answered instantly and assured me that my order was being looked at at that moment, and they would do what they can. Within a couple minutes I was told the order I wrote to them about was canceled successfully and money to be refunded (within my banks time frame) but they did they job and he did it very well. 6 stars 🌟! Also every step they take on your behalf is sent to you so you have no questions throughout.
