Enhanced mobility excellent 👍

I tried several mobility scooter companies, with no luck as I did not buy from them. The company I bought from said they would come out and they are based in Lincolnshire so it would have been a long way. I contacted Enhanced mobility and they came out the same day (and we did not even buy our scooter from them).
The gentleman was polite and pleasant, explained the procedure and conversed with us. Very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and a good price to ensure my husband had his independence again. He also said he would be able to do any maintenance on our scooter when needed. I have no problems in recommending to family and friends.

Power wheelchair purchase at burbage store …

I spoke to craig at the kenilworth branch, who was extremely helpful & offered me invaluable advice & a discount on a power wheelchair . However when this didn’t work out as the right solution , he put me in touch with hes son jamie in the burbage branch . I went into branch & spoke to Jamie , who was equally knowledgeable & professional . I came home with my new power wheelchair & a nice discount . Can’t wait to use it . Nothing was too much trouble, no sales speach / pressure . Looked through inter net with you to compare & research options . Happy for you to try out any items . Really lovely , genuine & friendly guys xx thank you so much for your service. Debbie Barrow

No loyalty treatment for customers

Used the company before and booked a service for my own and my neighbour's mobility scooter. We paid £150 for both. The following day I experienced a puncture. After repairing the inner tube of the wheel which cost £15, I was charged another £75 for call out fee. Therefore the puncture cost me £90!! I think this is extortionate and preys on pensioner's essential need . for transport. I have since used a company that charges £35 call out and £7 for inner tube on the same day as phoning them! And they are further away than Kenilworth.

Thank you for rushing out and fitting a new inner tube for me should have been the review.

You were charged £75 for a service which is cheap compared to other stores... you were then charged for a call out on a different day because, it was a completely different issue.

We are a business not a charity and have high expenses to deal with. I doubt if anyone else would have come out as quick as we did or charged any less. This is the first time we have had a complaint about us as we strive to help people and keep them mobile.

Please let us know if you can find ANY mobility store which would not charge for a call out and repair a puncture ON THE SAME DAY.
