I would not recommend ordering from…

I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I placed an order with a stated delivery time of 3–5 business days. When it became clear that this delivery time would not be met, I told them to cancel my order and that I wanted my money back. However, despite the cancellation, I am still waiting for my refund.

It has now been two weeks and my money has still not been returned. Communication has also been extremely poor. My emails are ignored and the only way to receive any response is through the website chat, where replies take days.

At this point the order has been cancelled, I have not received any product, and I am still waiting for my money. This situation remains unresolved and is very disappointing.

I cannot recommend ordering from this company based on this experience. Very unprofessional experience.
