Absolute bunch of thieves do not touch this company with a barge pole. Ordered their own branded parweld welder took my money delivered it 3 days later. Perfect. Went to use the welder and wouldn't even turn on, rang up an complained and was told to send it back which I did. Took them 2 weeks and multiple phone calls to confirm it was faulty. Then 2 more weeks of them claiming it was being fixed and ignoring me to me finally demanding a refund. Now surprise surprise no refund forthcoming. Absolute bunch of con merchants

After having a refund on returned items ,i checked bank account to discover i hadnt received money in my account. I phoned up derby branch and was told it would be sorted.. just came back off a weeks holiday... Still isnt in my account.. looks like legal action is the only way to get my money back . Never trust these crooks

Very poor customer experience. Ordered item which appeared to be in stock and was eligible for next day delivery. 3 days later was still showing as awaiting processing, no communication and no update. Transpires that not only was item not in stock on their shelves, it was also out of stock at the manufacturer's. Therefore would never have been received next day or indeed at all. Was only told this when I chased for an update. Item was a present and so I wasted nearly a week waiting for it without any courtesy of an update.

Bradford store trying to sell OAP £34 worth of welding rods, he went in to buy the 1kg £3.66 welding rods. Unscrupolus staff trying to bend over an OAP. Turns out the welding rods he wanted are only available in Birmingham, nice to know they don't make that clear on their website. So only option is to spend £8 on poastage for £3.66 welding rods. No star for Lack of information on website, minus star for staff trying to sell goods not needed, im writing this on behalf of the 89 year old welder who's bad on his legs and trailed all the way to the shop for help and advice after visiting the web site, he sure got some advice. Poor show for such a large company. ps update your web site and tell your staff not to be rude.
