Ordered online after a promise of a prompt delivery. Original package never arrived - 7 emails later, and 40 days of waiting and they still haven't sent a replacement product.

One piece of my order arrived damaged
One piece of my order arrived damaged, despite the fact that this set of pots claims to have "lifetime guarantee". In an email I was assured that i will get a replacement. However 2 week later I don't have a replacement, I've sent an email last Tuesday looking for an update of this situation, but got no reply as well. If this situation will not be resolved promptly, I'll be contacting my bank.
