Thank you for responding to my comment about flexibility. Your reply confirms my concern, as I do not appreciate being pressured to purchase additional lessons simply to avoid losing those I was unable to use before their expiration date. I have already moved to another platform and will not return to EnglishScore Tutors unless greater flexibility is offered. As a paying customer, I value the freedom to choose where and how I study, especially given the many alternatives available on the market.

My tutor, Barbra, was wonderful she helped me a lot with extra websites and also gave me feedback on work I did or should do (writing essays). She went through them with me during each session and it helped a lot. She is extremely good at what she does, and she makes her students feel comfortable- which I think is very important.
The ONLY thing that should be improved is the amount of time given for each session, mine were 30min, but I feel an appropriate time should range from 40-45 minutes.

Helen is a wonderful teacher! She is an inspiration to me, and i'm glad to have choosing her for gain more confidence and learn much more! I recommend her work! Thank you Helen!
