I have to say i am speechless.... signed up for information, and i was called by representative telling me about the special offer of the end of the month and the prices being lower than usual. Note that during our whole conversation i was polite and when i mentioned that i wasn't necessarily going to pay today, he did a 180 literally HUNG UP on me, I called back and asked "excuse me, why did you hang up on me, and gave me the nastiest attitude saying "well are you interested or not" in a conceited tone, therefore i kindly asked to speak to someone else because he was fairly rude, again in a conceited tone replied "you said you're not interested" and hung up on me. We had our conversation in spanish, i deleted the number but i do remember it was a number that started with 209-, anyway I was interested, and yes i would have signed up for the courses but honestly not anymore.

Its a scam, app not working good, quality is super low and they want only your money they tryed to charge me 6 times today xD i have sent like 15 emails regarding cancelation nothing helped. I need to contact with bank luckly they suspended transaction and start inwestigation, police is also involved. Hope all people involved in this bullshit go to hel. I got a call from a guy named Patricio and he did a great job pushing me away of getting their services, this is a company with dark practices so be aware, they want to give you all the pricing over the phone and lie about sending it by email. they also are the kind of company looking to sign you the same day with little to no details of what to expect. Taking my business elsewhere where they have transparent practices :)

Turns out that in all the buying process they failed to inform me that I was signing up for a 12-month automatic subscription, even though I chose a monthly payment, it was attached to a 1 year subscription. No wonder they are so eager to give you discounts and put so much pressure to get you to register within the same day to get the discount. All the pressure turns out is just a system to get you stuck in a contract that you can't get out of.
I was able to argue my way out of the contract because they never informed me that I was singing up to a 12-month subscription, so they "very kindly" let me go without a penalty. Lesson learnt, don't give in to all the pressure, not worth it.

I am currently experiencing an issue where my portal page only displays my account page. I can't see other pages. My credit card is no problem. I attempted to log in EF using Safari,Chrome (PC) and my iPhone, but I got the same result. This has been happening since yesterday (18th Friday).

Could you please resolve it as soon as possible? I have already contacted your customer support team, but I haven’t received any response yet.

I couldn't take my private classes and group classes about this problem.
