Great service

Costumer service was high level and I…

Costumer service was high level and I found the test easy. The only thing that bothered me was that I could hear people around me and I couldn't concentrate properly. Still passed though

Recommend

Organised place ,parking 20 meters away from the place very convenient, lovely staff , test was smooth , got the results in 2 days. One thing which could be improved is replace the headphones with noise cancelling ones as while doing the test you can hear the other participants. Other than that , smooth experience.

Communication on WhatsApp was à bit deconcerting at the begining but was efficient at the end.
I woul be easier if the location and time we book online was accurate and not rescheduled straight away
