Still waiting for my order that was…

Still waiting for my order that was recently cancelled by Metropolitan, the delivery carrier. I see from the tracking it’s been in NC for at least a week and no new delivery date has been scheduled. It’s marked “on hold” in their system, and tracking shows NC. It must be in a warehouse somewhere, hoping I get it by the holidays. Can’t give a good review until I see it in the house unfortunately. Been waiting for shipment since 9/15, so it’s been 2 months and I do understand there have been delays, but it was unfortunate to expect delivery today as scheduled, only to receive a call that they don’t even have it and no new delivery date can be scheduled. Hope to update this review once delivered.

Shortly after I placed my phone line…

Shortly after I placed my phone line order I was informed that it was out of stock. I was given the option to wait until new stock arrived which at the time was January or February. That was alright with me. I was pleasantly surprised when received an email stating that the mirror was on its way. I received it early November. It’s beautiful and I’m very pleased that I waited.

excellent coffee table

excellent delivery, product, description, materials, value for the money, i just can't say enough good things. The thing came neatly packed and there was virtually no assembly needed, it's a solid piece of furniture that is sure to last for years to come and the surface of the table is very easy to clean. i just love it!

A great rug for many rooms

The rug arrived wrapped well and in perfect condition. The colors are exactly as pictured online and brighten my dining room. The rug is easy to keep clean and vacuum.

All good.

There was a terrible issue with customs: my item was shipping from overseas. They did handle it, but I'm unhappy that I had to provide my social security number for the US customs for release. But all is well that ends well. The piece arrived safely and I'm happy with it. I'll definitely use this seller in the future because they are responsive and pricing is good, but I'll be making sure to find out if it's shipping from overseas first.

This is a horrible company

This is a horrible company. I ordered a lamp it was supposed to have been cleared for delivery. Then I got a message saying it's out of stock. I contacted them and told them I want my money back. They said no will put it on backorder. I want my money

I understand yes that what I ordered is…

I understand yes that what I ordered is a faux rug, but it looks so fake and it is so very thin. There’s nothing you can do to fluff it. The color is so wrong. It is not taupe at all.

Dirty chair

Almost a month for delivery. After I emailed about a shipping date, I received a shipping notification. Never a reply. The chair arrived dirty. I emailed them about it — no response. No phone number on their website to reach them. Very, very disappointing.
