Excellent customer service
I have been with English heritage for many years and visited some amazing places that I grew to love.
Due to age and infirmity I needed to cancel my monthly subscription. I emailed customer services and they responded the next day to confirm they had cancelled my membership and direct debit as I had requested.I really appreciate the ease and professionalism in their dealing with my request.

Called to renew as online renewal not working for me. Lady on the phone was excellent, she sorted my renewal and advised how to sort my online issues

Very poor start.
Well, we received three membership cards for a dual membership, and none of the cards bore either of our names. They were for three different people! You had 14 days to get our membership right, and now we have to wait another 14 days for the correct cards to arrive!
