Transferring across to another product…

Transferring across to another product was seamless. Information on the transfer and associated data on my engie dashboard was confusing as it showed my usage was two times higher than my average usage. Found it impossible to workout why.

Slow to Connect Services

When filling out all the online forms to connect electricity they said it would be done within 2 business days, 4 days later we still have no power and in a follow up email it says it could take up to 3 months.
Don't have a whole lot of feedback due to we haven't been provided the service yet, but if it's not on soon we'll likely be looking elsewhere.

i don't want to recommend Myengie to…

i dont want to reccomment Myengie to someone else because i have got very bad customer service with them. they had charged me more than my usage and i am calling them again and again to disconnect my services, but they are making the excuses and not following up the request.

Poor communication and lazy attitude

Poor communication and lazy attitude with updates from connections team. Only after several calls initiated from my side, did Engie decide to call to follow-up but also call centre were also clueless and unprepared why they were calling me. Very difficult to connect electricity and gas and really hope there isnt any further issues.
