Had a great service from start to finish with prompt emails to sort out problem on my daughters Jaguar .Billy arrived early and was quick to find issue with car and showed all the technical data to show issue and where it should be at after getting a dpf and carbon clean all the data was back at factory settings ,Billy was great at explaining details and car seems to back to normal with no faults on the dash would highly recommend to any one with dpf issues .

Excellent experience of customer service from start to finish. Had a very stubborn issue with the DPF in my Toyota Yaris and thought I was going to have to scrap my car. Frank came out and sorted the issue. Highly professional team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant service from Chris. He came out to my home for a DPF clean and explained everything clearly before starting. I had a stubborn P2003 fault that wouldn’t clear, even after replacing the pressure sensor.

After the clean, the code is gone and the car is running much better with improved DPF pressure readings. Very professional and knowledgeable — highly recommend.

Technician,Billy, arrived at the arranged time and got to work straight away. He took a scan before carrying out any treatment and explained what the different scan parameters related to. My car had high ash, soot and anything else that could be high. During preparation we found an inoperative component, differential pressure switch.
This needed to be replaced however a couple of days before Christmas could have been a problem; not for Billy. A sensor was tracked down at TPS and Billy arranged to collect it, last one.

He consistently exceeded expectations and I would have no hesitation in recommending.

The car is back to its younger days, smooth idle, accelerating with an urgency long forgotten, completely rejuvenated.

Money I didn't need to spend before Christmas but what a difference.

I'd like to add there was no pressure to leave a review, this is unsolicited.

I would advise anyone thinking to get their dpf cleaned to have a serious think before going to this company. I am a pensioner with an old diesel car that had been well looked after but I thought It might benefit from a dpf clean, boy was that a mistake. I contacted and spoke to an Adam at engi clean who 100% reassured me there would be no danger to my old dpf in anyway as while old it was still working. He assured me several times that it was safe and should go ahead with the full clean with absolutely no risk, he even bragged about he was the only one that had a £10000 machine. Well after he finished his work and was paid £280, he informed me he had bad news for me and showed me a picture of his cleaning chemicals pouring out by dpf on his phone. I contacted engi clean within 24 hours as the car management lights were all flashing and the car was in limp mode. They subsequently ignored my calls and letters to them that I sent stating I had the car checked and informed their dpf cleaning had totally wrecked the cars dpf system. They only responded after I did a claim back with the credit card company who informed them, I was claiming back for. their ill-gotten gains, Engi clean stated they would fight like mad to keep their money despite destroying the car, however the credit card company refunded my fee to them so that tells a story, so at least I got my £280 back, but, in my opinion, this dreadful company will give you lip service to get your custom and while a useless clock can be right twice a day you don’t want to end up with my situation of needing to spend over a £1000 to get what they done in damage repaired, as it was confirmed by a main dealer this dpf had several years left ,if they hadn’t destroyed it.

Well where do I start.

Over the last 10 days I have experienced a whole lot of heart ache and wasting a few thousand pounds.

But if had thought that DPF issues with any car takes a skilled company like EngiClean that just concentrates on that one big issue at hand, and know the job inside out. I would have saved a fortune!!

But I was to late, don't let the same happen to you. Get the right company for the job. I will not say in this post the 2 companies I used but just let's say that I could have saved myself £1700 if I went to EngiClean 1st.

I will be taking the matter further with both the companies I used.

This company has 100% reviews and I can see why. Proper genuine and give you a no quibbles 29 day garentee if anything goes wrong. Which proves they know exactly what they are doing.

Wished I had of contacted them 1st.

But we all learn through our mistakes.

Just had engi clean out clean engine and dpf all faults cleared. Also had problem with mass flow controller wich was also fixed cost under 300 mazda price was 2200 just for engin clean.well happy thanks again no problem recommending them 👍

Absolutely brilliant service. Phoned and they came out that day. Full quote given which they stuck to. Frank talked me through everything he done and is the most at ease a mechanic has ever made me. Car now working with advice on what needs done to prevent it happening again. 5star service.

Matthew really knew his stuff when it came to the DPF regen process, explained to me how it works and gave me some useful tips. The clean he did sorted my idle and performance issues and saved me spending a fortune at Mazda. Matthew also came back a few days later for checks and a follow up clean. Highly recommend.

To be honest 5 star is not enough for this guy . I can easy say so far this guy is the best and he knows his job very well he explains everything perfect. He is very helpful and you can easy trust him I will definitely definitely recommend him to all the people out there

Was having issues with the DPF and there were warning lights on the dashboard display... a mechanic friend recommended getting the DPF cleaned and so I found Engiclean.
I contacted them and Frank came out same day and within two hours he cleaned the DPF and also cleared the faults / warning lights from the system.
My car runs and drives MUCH better!
If you are having DPF issues, give these guys a call, they are the experts.

Great service from Adam who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He sorted our discovery out on a Saturday morning to get us up and running when we visited Scotland from Wales.
Would highly recommend.

Matthew was able to tend to my car at my home within a few days of making contact. Ran the diagnostics and the actual filter cleaning was not required. Modest call out charge. Clearly knows his stuff but just as important he is an honest chap.

Great guy Matthew. I contacted him on the Saturday after my land rover discovery sport went in to limp mode very suddenly after a dpf warning light . Matthew said he could come Tuesday....but after I explained the Mrs is Pregnant he agreed to come the next day on a Sunday. He came and although he said he didn't have the car where he wanted it to be on the levels recorded by the computer, he got rid of the fault and it was driving pretty well. He recommended to get an oil filter change ....and if fault came back on he would come back......but in all honestly I didn't....i drove as usual for about 3 weeks ....then sold it privately ...
No complaints from buyer so far.

Honestly can not recommend Matthew enough. He arrived at the time stated and explained things in an easy to understand way that even I, a complete novice when it comes to mechanics etc, could understand. He completed the whole process in a couple of hours on my Mazda cx5 which included a dpf cleaning, engine clean & full before & after diagnostics. Really lovely bloke & a great price.

This guy knows his stuff i can’t thank you enough Matt you saved me shed loads of money. Trying to sort the Dpf filter out on my insignia. It would have cost me an arm and a leg. Trust me when I say he knows his stuff. I would definitely recommend this guy and I know if I have a problem again Matt your will be the first person I phone thanks again

My vivaro had been having dpf issues for several months. Other garages couldn’t solve it. Matt had extensive knowledge and although hadn’t dealt with the exact issue on this model previously managed to diagnose, repair and even advised on how to reduce chance of it recurring. I couldn’t recommend higher.
