I use it regularly for updates and followups. The broadcast feature works well for sending bulk emails for largers lists and I can quickly check opens and clicks. Now it has become a part of my routine and works reliably.

Took some time to set up but got good help from the team at engage bay and happy with first mail send out. I like the fact you can see who opened the email and seems to work well. Also they limit emails on first send out but increase limit as you go. All round good start .
