Very affordable and powerful high-end CRM/MAP!

EngageBay played a critical role in helping my team manage and scale up our CRM and marketing needs for the past few years. Almost all of the core and necessary functionality of all the big ticket tools (think HubSpot) but for a fraction of the cost. Customer support was always fast, effective, and kind. Best Email Marketing Platform with a Great Customer Support

We have been using EngageBay for almost two years, and overall, it has been a great experience. It is a growing platform that continues to improve and competes very well with other platforms. What stands out the most is their flexibility and excellent customer service. Their team is responsive and truly takes the time to understand your needs.

In addition, their pricing is very reasonable compared to other platforms, especially considering the level of support and features they offer.

I would definitely recommend EngageBay to anyone who is looking to switch from a more expensive platform or is not satisfied with their current service and wants a reliable solution with strong customer support.

I have been using EngageBay mainly for…

I have been using EngageBay mainly for email campaigns and broadcasts and it's been quite helpful. It is easy to setup emails and send them to any contacts without much effort.

I use it regularly for updates and followups. The broadcast feature works well for sending bulk emails for largers lists and I can quickly check opens and clicks. Now it has become a part of my routine and works reliably.

I have been using EngageBay mostly for…

I have been using EngageBay mostly for managing contacts and running basic marketing and it's been working well for my day-to-day needs.

Earlier, my contacts were scattered and it was hard to keep track of conversations. Now everything is in one place, so I can quickly check details, past emails and notes without digging around. It makes follow-ups much easier and more consistent.

Overall, it is a practical tool if you want to manage contacts and do basic marketing without making things complicated.

I use it mainly to manage my leads, send emails and keep track of follow-ups. It is easy to use and didn't take me long to understand. The automation part is useful because it helps me stay consistent without having to remember everything manually.

Overall, it is a good tool if you want something simple that gets the job done without being too complicated

Happy so far

Took some time to set up but got good help from the team at engage bay and happy with first mail send out. I like the fact you can see who opened the email and seems to work well. Also they limit emails on first send out but increase limit as you go. All round good start .

The platform is easy to use, the automation features save us a lot of time and the support team is always responsive and helpful. It's a solid all in one solution for growing businesses without heave price tag.

I've been using EngageBay and I have to say I'm genuinely impressed — not just with the platform itself, but with the level of support I've received along the way.
