Contacted Energy Monkey today regarding a query with my orion charger. I spoke to Paul and explained the problems I was having he ran through all the settings with me and we got the charger working. There would be no way of me doing by myself but with Paul's help we did it. Can not recommend highly enough the customer service I received. Would recommend and definitely use again Thanks Paul your time was much appreciated.

I bought a Victron battery charger from them. It arrived the following business day, post free, and theirs was the best delivered price I found. Delivery by DPD which I was able to direct to my local post office.

Brilliant experience. I am mounting two solar batteries, and bought a storage rack from Energy Monkey which came with bolts to mount the batteries to the rack. I had acquired another rack from elsewhere which did not come with mounting bolts. So I rang Energy Monkey and asked if they could please sell me some bolts for the other rack. No they didn't sell them,- they gave me several sets free of charge. Sent to me, not by ordinary post but by courier. Can you beat that for customer service? Thanks guys.

Brilliant company, small enough company that still cares to help you as an individual and still big, experienced and knowledgeable enough to really help you when you need it! I purchased a small multiples 1600, 1.2k off grid solar system with 3 solar panels and 1 pyelonephritis battery for around £3.8k. Paul and the company were brilliant putting together a bespoke system for us, and very promptly sent put a few extra components when we didn't quite have everything we needed.

After purchase customer service was brilliant, I'm writing this 18 months or so after purchase. Despite me taking forever to get round to installing my system and changing initial dates I'd booked with them for help, they were happy to arrange a time and date to talk through everything on the phone on 3 separate occasions over an hour at a time to talk me through everything, and got us up and running in no time with the system.

I even got in touch with them a year later to get my generator plugged into the system and they were more than happy to help again in great detail, and arranged a time to talk me through it in just a matter of days!

All staff very helpful and freindly in my experience at energy monkey and Paul is very knowledgeable and helpful getting things working for you!

Overall, very happy I chose energy monkey, especially as a complete novice to this world of off grid power.

I recommend I good deal of practical research and knowledge first about what you're hoping to do, as you'll need to do the bulk of things yourself, but energy monkey will be there to help you when you get stuck which is all you can ask for!

Sales and Tech guy is great, very helpful and knowledgeable. However very slow to respond, customer follow up service post purchase and install has been extremely slow, have to send multiple emails and currently DNO application is still pending after more than a year. Not helpful in their replies and no clarity given as to the status. Not impressed which is a shame as the initial contact and process was the other end of the spectrum and excellent, but now I just wish I had gone somewhere else, feels like I did not spend enough money to warrant their attention, pity!

Absolutely love these guys..
I've bought all my victron solar panels from them and last month bought my victron agm battery (the bar of chocolate in the box was a very nice touch)
Customer service is absolutely spot on.after all my orders they have always rang me just to see if the products I buy are right for me.delivery has always been very quick too....thanks guys!!
