I am not satisfied

I am not satisfied
I have always been dissatisfied with the high account rates, which do not correspond in any way to consumption.

I have now canceled my contract as this could not be changed. And my fears have unfortunately been confirmed in that, after 4 months, I have not yet received my receivable of DKK18974.49 back.

Even if I call during opening hours, I get a voicemail stating that I have called outside of opening hours. I can NOT recommend Preasy/Energive.

Cheating

This company owns me a lot of money since the summer, when I decided to change the electicity provider because of the abusive prices and conditions. They sent my company (kunder 48425) an invoice with a cuantity to refund in September 2023, but I still haven't received the money back. Since them I am claiming for the money but they give excuses and excuses.
