Energise Heating Reviews 6

This is one of those reviews where if I could leave zero stars I would. Sadly I can't comment on the quality of the work, as they didn't show up.

We booked a job months ago with the Managing Director Lee Danysz, and confirmed several time since then via phone. We bought the relevant supplies for the job, and my wife booked the week off work to be in the house whilst the work was carried out. So far so smooth, but it soon went downhill.

Suspicions first arose when Lee stopped responding to texts and answering phone calls the day before he was due to start work. And low and behold – nobody showed up the next day. We’ve had absolutely no communication from Energise Heating to fore-warn us. Reviews elsewhere (specifically Rated People) show that this is a common occurrence – agrees to a job, people make arrangements, Lee and Energise Heating stop answering both his mobile and their company phone and doesn’t show up.

We literally had a conversation with Lee the week before he was due to start work to confirm (again) and arrange payment.

So, my wife has taken a week off work for no reason and our house is full of plumbing and tiling supplies until we can find alternative arrangements.

Excellent service from Lee. Kept the place tidy and was very professional. very helpful and quick response.

Very pleased with my heating now Lee has fixed the problem with my radiators. Would recommend Energise Heating Ltd to everyone. Thank you, Doreen.

Here at Whitegates we have been using Lee now for about 4 weeks. He is very efficient and always does what he says he will and when he said he would (very rare for contractors)! Had some great feedback off of our tenants too, one for example below-
Lee was excellent! 10/10 service, polite, explained everything to me and did everything he said he would.

Ok so..... my boiler has been having issues for a while, I rang lee and explained the issues, he popped round at MY earliest convenience (later that day).

He turned up looking smart and bang on time!

After a quick look he comfirmed the problem and ordered the part.
He returned the following day and completed all work to a top standard,

I now have a fully working boiler and he even cleaned up and took all the mess with him!!

Total professionals, brilliant service and would wholly recommend, oh and really well priced!!!

Our boiler had broke down, we did a little research and found 3 local companies. Energise Heating were professional in all aspects. The survey was a breath of fresh air, non salesy, Lee gave us thorough and clear advice of what we needed and would get. The Viessmann 10 year warranty is a no brainer and gives us the piece of mind we needed.
The installation went as planned and could not have had a better engineer doing the work in Tim. He was on time and explained in detail what was happening and asked our opinion on placements etc...

We will recommend to any body we hear wanting a professional, reliable company who charge realistically.
