I tried to contact them twice because of billing issues. The staff who promised to get back to me the first time never got back to me. The second time Cecilie Larsen helped me patiently, solved my problem in time, and sent me an email reply. thanks for the super service

Quick contract
We could not get through to our normal provider. In the end, they cut us off. Cecilie Larsen from Energidrift immediately created a new contract, send us all the info on email, and things were "bells and whistles". Thank you
