Priya patha, was very friendly and explained any discounts she could offer from energia while comparing them to my current bill from a different company. She explained my current bills and identified I was actually out of contract which I didn’t realise. Very good customer service would highly recommend

Great Staff
I contacted Energía on Saturday and a lovely woman called Somiya explained everything very clear. Then, on Monday, she called me back at the agreed time to finalize the switch. She answered me all my questions clearly and shed light on the process.
Also to mention - It was so easy to understand her for a non native speaker as me and there was not background noise, which is a hell of a noise when calling other companies as Electric Ireland.

After PrePay Power Pain. Excellent Energia
After a terrible experience with PrePay Power Ireland (the sneaky thieves). I was swapped easily (too about 30 minutes) by a very helpful and entertaining customer service chap named Joel Thomas. Much better deal and trustworthy customer representative.
Would be 5 stars. But government is Ireland is skinning us with energy costs!

Electricity & Gas Renewal
I called Energia this morning to renew my contract for Electricity & Gas. Needless to say, again their service is exceptional. I had the pleasure of speaking to Simon McColskey who was extremely helpful. I am a long time customer of Energia, and what I truly like about this company is that I call an actual person, they always give me a good renewal rate, and I feel I'm getting the best deal overall.
Simon couldn't have been nicer.
