Worthless

Worthless. Calling is catastrophic, an average waiting time of 3 to 5 hours. And for every question asked on a charged amount they cannot explain nor find invoice numbers for, they need to "lock a case". Case never gets locked, explanation cannot be given neither.
A ongoing story for months!
They should better take care of their existing clients instead of focusing on pulling new ones in.
Also, one of the most expensive ones on the market.
Shame on you Eneco

Stable supply but very high prices

An experience that translated into trust

In January this year, 2025, after the usual reading of my meters, I found that my outstanding bill was so substantial that I could not make the payment once. I appealed for an installment payment and was granted the request. It was a huge relief, and I appreciate your understanding. I love the human aspect of your services, for which I am willing to stay as long as possible.

The bills are not accurate

The bills are not accurate. You are scammers. I live with my husband and my one-year-old daughter. In one year, I paid you about 4,000 euros. It is unreasonable, and we spend most of our time at work. My assessment of you is that you are scammers.

Lies and corruption

This company can't get anything right !! Arrangements were made, still they can't even get that right despite the obvious mismanagement or non communication within this company. All I get the past three years are lies, money disappearing from my bank account, despite the made arrangements. Untrustworthy, corrupt and criminal behaviour !!

Expensive and poor communication with customer

While there was never a problem of energy supply, it is an expensive service. Also, Eneco vastly changes the monthly automatic payment (variations up to 200 EUR per month) without even notifying the customer.
In addition, being LOCAL GREEN energy, it should not be influenced by the war in Ukraine, unless of course because Eneco just decided to get more money.
