Worthless. Calling is catastrophic, an average waiting time of 3 to 5 hours. And for every question asked on a charged amount they cannot explain nor find invoice numbers for, they need to "lock a case". Case never gets locked, explanation cannot be given neither.
A ongoing story for months!
They should better take care of their existing clients instead of focusing on pulling new ones in.
Also, one of the most expensive ones on the market.

The bills are not accurate. You are scammers. I live with my husband and my one-year-old daughter. In one year, I paid you about 4,000 euros. It is unreasonable, and we spend most of our time at work. My assessment of you is that you are scammers.

This company can't get anything right !! Arrangements were made, still they can't even get that right despite the obvious mismanagement or non communication within this company. All I get the past three years are lies, money disappearing from my bank account, despite the made arrangements. Untrustworthy, corrupt and criminal behaviour !!

In addition, being LOCAL GREEN energy, it should not be influenced by the war in Ukraine, unless of course because Eneco just decided to get more money.
