Duplicate key, not refunded instantly

Bought a game, the key wouldn't activate on steam as apparently it has already been redeemed by another person. I had to send three screenshots to prove this and I have to wait 3-5 business days for a response. Absolutley awful wait to treat customers when this isn't my fault in the slightest

They offer the cheapest Nepsurf prices, instant voucher delivery, good reward system and very helpful operators. My only glitch came when I attemtped to verify my account, but this was easily fixed by helpful Eneba staff, who did so with polite tact, . since the issue was my fault, LOL. It was also solved within the hour.

I never ever have an issue with eneba

I never ever have an issue with eneba, I have always used them for the last 3 years they have done me well allowing me to purchase my Xbox, PlayStation and various other subscriptions they are my go too for service, price and stock.
