Absolutely disgusted!
I have ordered from Endura twice. Both times the order acknowledged, paid for and then suddenly canceled. (Seemingly because the item went out of stock - twice ). I find it ridiculous that a bonafide company cannot accurately coordinate inventory levels and website orders. Once is a mistake, twice is systemic failure.

Poor customer service
I returned these shorts because they did not fit. It took multiple emails to get the return label, and now, 17 days since they received the return, they still have not issued a refund.

Customer service is nonexistent
I had bought a humvee rain jacket based on an Endura marketing email which featured this jacket in yellow. Somehow I received a black one (might have been my fault, but still have my doubts). The web link for return and exchange could not find my order number, called customer service and was rudely told to used the web link then was hung up on. The jacket is awesome like every other Endura kit I have bought - but black in the rain is less than ideal for safety.
