Beautiful hotel and perfect location

I was nervous booking a 3 night trip to Cape May but I went ahead and although I was to get a choice of 3 hotels and only 1 was offered. The one offered was exceptional. The dates offered were limited but if you are flexible it was an amazing value. I would do it again.
Too good to be true!
I usually find deals like this too good to be true, and as such, my expectations aren't very high. But this time, we hit the jackpot. The deal was ridiculously cheap for a 3 night stay on a weekend so close to Christmas. However, the Staybridge Suites Hotel is a home away from home, ideally located for NOTL, the Falls, and St. Kitts. The room featured a kitchen, a large space (perfect for dancing), a queen bed with an amazing mattress and pillows, and checkout is at noon. We were treated like royalty, not bargain hunters, which was a true relief for me, as I criticize people who only do "deals" all the time. But Travelzoo nailed this one!

The price was what got me interested…
The price was what got me interested but the hotel was 2 blocks from the water, in the middle of the old town, heritage building, spotless and with excellent personnel.
the unit was very roomy
the unit was very roomy, the kitchen had all the equipment for cooking, and a lovely big balcony with many palm trees to give privacy .
Intimate retreat style getaway
What made experience great was the hospitality and the cleanliness, privacy and the vibe was Amazing. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem and can’t wait to go back for some self/care time
i loved the sinaries

Scam
Still a Scam. Don't buy from them. I was sold a one bedroom and they lied at the time I purchased it. They are trying to say I wanted an upgrade now. Not true! I was sold a one bedroom. Their confirmation is vague so you will struggle getting proof. Scam. Was sold a one bedroom suite by the agent on the phone. Passed to the supervisor for a hard upsell and again confirmed it was a one bedroom suite. Arrived at my hotel in Whistler, BC to an unacceptable queen bed with a couch. This is a wholesale low budget company. Customer support did nothing. Huge disappointment!!!

Traveled during the Woman's World Cup
Traveled during the Woman's World Cup! The whole village was like a Hallmark Movie. The absolute best part was booking through Endless Luxury. Paying $199 for a 3 night stay at an amazing hotel was fantastic!!! The room rate was $360 had I booked myself! The staff were so happy and welcoming. Only issue is they do not clean the room daily so you must ask for additional towels/ room clean up if needed, but they were happy too.
What a pleasure!
My husband and I just spent 3 wonderful nights in the Hunter Valley thanks to Endless Luxury!
Our whole experience was seamless and we just want to say thank you!
The bonus weeks plan is next to useless
I paid A$650 for the bonus weeks after being assured by the saleswoman that there were choices in the areas I wanted to go. However, after nearly 4 months checking, this isn't the case. The only places available anywhere are all away from major centres and only in the off season. They are places you might like to spend one night at, but not seven.
When I complained, it was suggested that I change my holiday plans and go to one of these isolated places instead. Endless Luxury then sent me details of a hotel in Madrid where I could stay for just one night for A$781. This is nothing like the promised week for the cost of cleaning.
They refuse to refund my money because I didn't make the request within 3 days of paying.
They never sent me a receipt, an ID or any other useful documents.
I recommend you avoid them (bonus weeks, at least) unless you like being disappoiunted.

I was very unhappy with the customer…
I was very unhappy with the customer service after my booking. I booked a 3 night stay for our 50th Wedding Anniversary for 30th October to the 2nd November and unfortunately I had a very close friend Pass away. Her funeral was on the 30th October and our stay was a 4-5 hour drive away. I contacted Endless luxury to change by 1 day and what a hassle that was. I had 32 emails between me and the company to adjust it by one date and they were a nightmare. I will never book again with them and I want to cancel my Membership ASAP. So stressful

Super easy experience with Endless Luxury
I bought the Paris 5 night voucher after seeing it come up on my Facebook feed. I booked the hotel straight away for about 10 weeks in advance. I was a little worried about the booking being confirmed, so I emailed Endless Luxury and they replied within a day that I was all set to go. I am currently on my second night in a gorgeous hotel in the 5th, it was a breeze to check in and everything was just as it should be with my booking. In the end, once I paid the government taxes, it worked out to be around €65 per night, an absolute bargain!

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. They force you to pay $9.99 a month until your trip is complete. Their availability is not for about 4-6 months! And they falsely advertise the actually hotel s they have available. SCAM!SCAM!SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM!

This company is a scam!!
This company is a scam!!! I signed up in April 2025 for the Key West package. I plan to take my trip in January 2026. When signing up I asked for booking. I was told I had to wait 40 days. I called every month after that and each time I was again told nothing available call back next month. Well this is now October and had nothing until I threatened to cancel! I needed my trip to be the 8th of January so they came back with an offer for the 11th. I told them I needed the 8th. They said sorry no availability try again next month. My back account was pending the monthly fee to be cleared in 2 days. I told them I was canceling my subscription as of now and wanted full refund!!! I was told I had passed the qualifying date for refunds. I explained it was their fault in that mine. That didn’t matter the reason. Then as far as the monthly fee they insisted that I cancelled to late that the money was drawn the day before so I was to late and what showed on my account was inaccurate.and fault of bank. Pure BS!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The office personnel were golden.
I had a challenge trying to find a 2 bdrm unit for my "challenged" 28 yr old son who lives at home.
They have reached out to me and were able to refund the deposit and have stayed in touch to insure my happiness. As promised I agreed to edit my original review.. they went to great lengths to make sure that I was a happy camper...
