The worst service I have received in a hosting.

The prices are good and the machines too, the problem comes when it comes to payments and support, they take a long time to respond, they don't have a panel to manage your vps (they say they are doing it) and the worst thing that could have happened to me , their website charged me double and they did not want to return the money, only give me some credits to be able to buy a host but if I try to renew my plan now with those credits they tell you that since you have paid it with "real" money you cannot renew it with credits.

I like the service that Enderhost provides because the price is affordable, and the hardware is better than other hosts I've tested. However, the support team isn't very good.

This was a while ago but I just remembered.
It's good for the price. I remember the server being a bit on/off, but what can you expect from such a cheap price?
There's a bit of a language barrier because I don't speak spanish. But one time, my server was due to renew (automatically, as they have stated) but it didn't. I opened a ticket and a staff member (can't remember who) told me to create a new server, so I did. I then assumed that the next one wouldn't renew, but I forgot about it... until like 3 months later when I checked my transactions I found that I was being double charged, as both servers were renewing automatically.
I opened a ticket but they were quite dismissive. It's in their policy that there are no refunds, however it is certainly wrong to not refund at least something in a situation like this. I assume there's a no refund policy to stop people from buying servers, seeing they don't like the quality, or just using it for a week then telling them they want a refund. But this is scamming. It's different. They refused to budge no matter how much I spoke to them and I eventually gave up, because there's not much I can do about it.
Happened sometime last year, july/august/september 2023.
I would give 2 stars instead of 1 because the server quality was quite good, but I have written a good review before, as I stated previously, and I don't want to change it because it's true.
They only post their 5 star reviews on discord, so I know not many people will see this, but be careful when buying a new server, and remember to cancel the renewal when you're done.
