Shipping via FedEx is a guarantee I won't receive the package in a reasonable time, particularly when requiring a signature as though I can reasonably be expected to be at home instead of at work just to sign for a relatively cheap pair of shoes. Maybe the shoes are great, but I still haven't received the package due to the incompetence of FedEx, however END sent me an email to review my experience without verifying whether I'd received the package or not so I'm responding based upon my experience at this point.

Absolute lightning response time. I placed my order online at 2pm and around 08.45am the very next day they were delivered to my door.
I’ve ordered from other companies that have charged double the postage charge and I haven’t received them that quickly.
Things like this you remember and return as a customer and obviously tell others.
