Less than ideal
It took me 6 attempts to get into the website as I kept being blocked. Cleared browser, changed settings etc. finally got to the website to find that the item, my son had tried on in London, was only available in XL and XXL so did not buy.

9 days later still no order…
Ordered some oakley sunglasses for a holiday which I placed on the 16th August which were shipped next day on the 17th. Todays date is the 25th, so 9 days later I still haven’t recieved my order. Paid alot of money for these and look like wont even be herer before I go away in 2 days time. Very disappointed after always having a great experience with END.

Do not order from this website. I’ll share my experience with END, so I’ve placed an order but I live in a building with over 80 flats that look the same. My order was left to some different number or door which I can’t recognise, I’ve been looking around with my neighbours but couldn’t find it, after a couple of days i gave up, decided to contact customer service and the answer was
The delivery evidence, including GPS data, shows that the parcel was delivered to the correct address and property associated with the order.
In addition, the delivery photograph provided by the courier shows the parcel being received at the delivery location
But they couldn’t say which number or what door
2nd GPS location is gonna show the same because the building has 80 flats or more.
Absolutely waste of time, do not waste your money here they’re gonna take it and never deliver the good properly. STAY AWAY!

The courier provided delivery confirmation, GPS data and a delivery photograph, all of which confirmed the parcel was delivered to the address associated with the order. These delivery methods are used successfully for thousands of deliveries and are widely relied upon across the industry.
We also provide tracking information throughout the delivery journey specifically, so customers can monitor their parcel and make alternative arrangements where necessary.
For example, many couriers offer options to redirect a parcel to a nearby collection point or safe location if delivery to a residential building may be problematic.
While we appreciate the challenges that can come with deliveries to large flat complexes, the evidence supplied to us indicates that the parcel was delivered as addressed.
We therefore reject the suggestion that we "never delivered the goods properly" or that we have "taken your money" without fulfilling the order.
