Prices and product good
Prices and product good. But I followed the sizing bc it was listed in UK sizing. So I ordered a 6.5 uk bc guide said it was us 7.5. They were too big so need to exchange.

Terrible experience
Ordered and paid for a pair of shoes, which didn’t arrive on the due delivery date. When I went to track the delivery via the End website I saw that the order had been cancelled. I didn’t received any correspondence and I have not received a refund. Absolutely shocking service. I will not be using End again.

Items missing and claim simply closed
Several items were missing from the parcel I received. I reported this immediately, but END. claims that its internal CCTV, packing procedures and parcel-weight data show that the complete order left its warehouse.
However, END. refuses to share any supporting evidence or exact weight information and has simply declared the matter closed. This also fails to address the possibility that the items disappeared during transit.
I have noticed several recent reviews from customers reporting the same or a very similar issue, which is extremely concerning.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend END. I strongly advise customers to film the entire unboxing process and keep all packaging. I will update this review if END. properly resolves the claim.

Every order dispatched from our warehouse passes through multiple verification stages, including item-level scanning and packing checks, before being sealed and handed to the carrier.
Given these controls, claims of missing items are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.
In your case, our review of the fulfilment records, internal checks and carrier information found no evidence to suggest that any items were absent from the parcel at the point of dispatch or removed during transit.
We also found no indications of damage, tampering or discrepancies within the shipment data that would support such a claim.
While CCTV forms part of our internal investigative process, we do not share security footage with customers due to privacy and data protection obligations. This does not diminish its value as evidence during our review.
We appreciate that you may disagree with the outcome, however our investigation was completed using all available information and the findings have already been communicated.
Based on the evidence reviewed, we remain confident in the conclusion reached and our position on this matter remains unchanged.

I bought a pair of jeans from END and…
I bought a pair of jeans from END and they arrived well packaged and as described pretty quickly. However they were just too big and didn’t fit me despite being a 32 waist carhart simple jeans are huge. I looked like I had my dads pants on. Anyway no issues the END return mechanism was simple to follow using Royal Mail. I had a notification from END my return was received and when my refund had been processed which was only a few days and not months like some retail companies. good experience all round and will buy from again. Missing items and no follow up
Ordered 3 items online 10 days ago, however so far only received 1 item. I have no clue where are the remaining items. There is no follow up actions from END. very disappointed and bad experience. Definitely not recommended.
