Big shout out to Ryan Sadler at END Newcastle for making it possible for getting the END New York II outdoor SPZL’s ! Tried on drop day at 09:15 and everything was gone! Was given Ryan’s details from adidas spezial fanatix uk and once paid I received my order within a couple of days! Very bad experience
Very bad experience! I did not realize your company was based in UK. The shoes I ordered are way too small. The sizing is different and I went to the post office to ship it back and the cheapest option was $50. I have the shoes and have no need for them. I wasted my money and time. I will never order again.

Plusses and minuses
I think that the range of offerings are amazing so that is a definite plus....BUT....the item I ordered arrived totally broken, and although I WAS offered a return shipping option, that was particularly difficult for me as I live in regional Australia and we do NOT have a local FedEx courier to drop the returned item back to. I offered to keep the broken item, and to repair it (waaaay less than ideal) and requested that they offer me some kind of discount which was essentially ignored. So my advice? Be super cautious about what you purchase and check that returns are going to be honoured and straightforward. Additionally, I would say that customer support is, at best, limited.
