My last two orders have each been held…
My last two orders have each been held up processing into the U.S via FedEx due to lack of adequate manufacturer documentation. Having been an END customer for over a decade, I never experienced this until very recently. Still have not received my latest purchase. Purchase of $450 on August 2. Package tracking has shown its location in Dallas, TX going on 9 days. Not really upset as I know it'll be resolved and I love the online selection of goods. Just wondering if I will have to deal with this each time I order from END (i.e Is it a problem on their end?), is my PMB addressing causing confusion, or is it changes within the U.S that have created new international shipping requirements that will be addressed in the future.

Delivery is poor
The delivery was delayed by DPD.
Then END. app sent a notification that it was ready to pickup when in fact it was not. I walked to the pickup point for the sake of walking.
Afterwards given the delay in delivery and the fact that the information about successful delivery was incorrect, DPD delivers the package next day to a different pickup point 7 km away from initial one I have no intent walking to.
Calling the DPD hotline resulted in nothing since the operator didn’t have a clue why a delivery would happen to be done there.
Overall experience is quite poor. Even though I’m leaving a review on END. work and not DPD’s, most of the pipeline happens to be handled by DPD and I expect a strict control over their operations while delivering the packages for the clientele.
Given the storm of unnecessary extra activities I had to undergo to get the package, I wouldn’t say END. is my preferred place of shopping online.

The item is great but delivery service was awful
The item is excellent and I managed to buy it at an occasional price! However, the only option available was the FedEx delivery service, which, unfortunately, was rather chaotic - I was informed my parcel would arrive on Tuesday, then on Thursday, but it actually arrived on Friday. It would be great if there were other delivery options available in future.
